June Penny Bailey

June was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Gene Bailey; brother, Romeo “Joe” Maldonado; mother, Virginia Maldonado; and niece, Margaret Maldonado.

June is survived by one son, Eric Bailey (Tracey); one granddaughter, Nicole Bailey (John); two great grandchildren, Wyatt and Winnie Waddell; four nieces and nephews, Valarie Baumgarten, Terry Haehnel (Charlie), Linda Decker (Richard), and Ronald Maldonado (Chau); one sister-in-law, Elaine Martin; and several great nieces and nephews.

June is an amazing woman who spent 95 years dedicated to caring for the people she loved through her unwavering support, endless generosity, and third helpings of dinner. Her strong will and incredible spirit will live on through the many friends and family that were so blessed to know her.

No funeral services will be held as it was June’s wish to have a private family ceremony. In lieu of sending flowers, please celebrate June’s life by planting a flower at home in honor of her lifelong love for gardening.
