Mary T. Fields, of Flowery Branch, GA and formerly of Hudson, FL, passed away November 23, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband John R. Fields and daughter Mary T. Garofolo. She is survived by her daughters Clare M. Casey (Michael), Nancy G. McGrail (James), son John R. Fields Jr., son-in-law Vincent J. Garofolo, ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
