Maxine H. Bringenberg, age 69, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023. She was born in Portsmith, OH and was the youngest of 13 children. Maxine graduated from McKell High School in South Shore, KY and then received her Associates Degree from Columbus State Community College in Columbus, OH. She was married to Kenneth H. Bringenberg on December 28, 1985. Maxine had a career as an Editor for World Castle Publishing. She had a passion for the beach and dearly loved her cats Ray-Ray and Akasha. She is survived by her husband Kenneth H. Bringenberg, her son Kenneth Jr. and daughter Sarah June. Her brother Thomas Horton and sisters Lula Horton Steele and Betty Arnold. Maxine is predeceased by her brothers David L. Horton, James T. Horton, Roy K. Horton, Milford G. Horton, Gary D. Horton, Harold R. Horton and sisters Nan Peterman, Georgia M. Scott, and Carolyn Dunlap.
A Celebration of Life will be held in June at Anclote River State Park.
