She was born at New Hope, in Jamaica on January 29th, 1936
Phyllis is survived by her husband Peter Graham, who she married March 5,1963. Her children Andrew Graham, Tracey Sandnes, and Colleen Paeplow, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 sisters Joyce Smeltzer, Betty Rerrie, and Dorothy Twyman.
A visitation for Phyllis will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm, followed by a graveside service and reception.
