He was born in Phillipsburg, PA on May 18th 1945.
He graduated Philipsburg Osceola Area HIgh School in 1964. Richard served in the Air Force at Pease A.F.B. New Hampshire, Republic of Vietnam and McCoy A.F.B Florida as a Combat Engineer
He was an active Senior Vice Commander of the VFW Post Kittery Me. as well as an active leader for Cub Scouts, Weeblows, and Boy Scouts Kittery, Me, as well as a member of the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association since 2010.
Richard had a career as a locksmith for 34 years for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Kittery Me.
He is survived by his wife Carol, Two sons Brian and Kevin, and Two grandchildren Aiden and Kristina Reams
A graveside service for Richard will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
