He was born in the Bronx, NY on July 30th 1941 to Catherine Webb and Fredrick Ehrhardt. He was the youngest of 6 and the only son.
He was a longtime resident of Florida and business man with family owned and operated businesses.
He is survived by his wife Linda, mother-in-law Anna Marie Rampino, his sister Lorraine Elefante, daughter Toni Ann, son in law Bo Pack, son Robert Jr. and Maureen Garvin. Grandchildren Lauren, Kristina, Anthony and Amanda. Along with two great grandchildren Frankie and Levi, as well as all of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Not to forget his puppies Romeo and Juliet (aka Bonnie and Clyde).
He married his childhood sweet heart, Linda L. Rampino. At the age of 10 he stole her bike and then stole her heart. They were married over 55 years (and he still managed to keep his great sense of humor). He was a loving husband and a great father. He provided above and beyond in all ways. Generous and fun loving. He was ready to travel whenever Linda said, “Were leaving” :) He read the comics daily and was an avid supporter of the American Riflemen and Wounded Warriors. He could make up words and try to fit them in his crossword. He should have bought stock in Double Stuff Oreos, they were his favorite. Hiding them around the house not to get caught was another fun memory. He was always affectionate and adoring to his wife and children.
He owned several family businesses until retirement. Then he traveled and cruised with family and friends through the rest of his life.
In this sometimes troubled world men like Robert made a difference where ever he was. Fun loving and smiling always, he will be sorely missed!
He will also be missed by the NRA and Nabisco Oreo Company.

AFTER GLOW
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I’d like to leave and after glow of smiles when life is done.
I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways.
Of happy, times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun.
Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
