Robert and I were stationed at Misawa Air Base, Japan, in 1959.
Actually, we work in the same office as members of the Air Force
until October 1960. After Bob moved to Florida sometime  in 1990
or so, I had the opportunity to visit him a few time.  We have celebrated over 50 years via Christmas cards and telephone calls.
Bob was a quiet person and always willing to help anyone who was
in need of help.  Bob was a great friend and will be greatly missed.  I
know Bob  has a son by the name of Andy who he and his wife adopted while stationed in Japan.  Would appreciated hearing from
