Sarahi Martinez-Johnson, 56 years old, of New Port Richey FL, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday August 13, 2026. Sarah was born in Chicago IL to Juan and Geraldina Martinez. Sarah was a wife to Larry Johnson for 15 years. Sarah was the loving mother of 2 sons, Donavan Calderon and Julian Calderon. Sarah was a proud peacock Grandmother to her only grandson Zayne Calderon. Sarah was a sister to 10 siblings and 1 bonus sibling, Noelia (Richard) Mendez, Ana Marie Martinez, Juan (Monserate) Martinez, Cleofera Marie (Joseph) Pope, Isaac (Elba) Martinez, Samuel (Kim) Martinez, Isabel (Alex) Narvaez, Isidro Martinez, Juan D Martinez, Judith (Joseph) Whitehouse and bonus sibling Edith Lecea.

Sarah was a God-Mother and a "Titi" to many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, some of whom she'd taken under her wing at different times to help them through their struggles.

Sarah's vibrant personality had a spark that lit up any room. Her spunk and pizzazz spoke louder then words. Sarah was generous with her time for those she loved, she was caring and so so loyal and you definitely knew where you stood with her. Sarah always showed up and was present!

Thoughout her career, Sarah had several jobs that she loved, one inparticular was working as a security dispatcher in Franklin Park IL.

Sarah had many hobbies and enjoyed crafts; ceramics, pottery, jewelry making, painting, singing, etc...

Sarah will be famously remembered for her upbeat personality, showing up with glow-sticks and nail polish kits with bling bling jewelry to do everyone's nails, bedazzled hats, cowboy hats, and words like, "Howdy", "Hi Fea" and "Fat Girl Happy"!

Sarah is predeceased by her father, Juan Martinez.
