

William Eliadis, 95, of Tarpon Springs, passed away on October 5, 2025. He was born September 16, 1930 in Steubenville, Ohio, and served in the United States Army during the Korean war. He lived most of his life in Warren Ohio, where he met his wife Billie Kantirakis. They were married in March of 1959 and raised 2 children Dino and Kathy. They retired in 1986 and moved to Tarpon Springs, Florida.
He attended St. Nicholas Cathedral, was a member of Order of Ahepa Epiphany City Chapter 16, and American Legion Ghost Post 46. He was dedicated to helping others with his tireless effort, warm spirit, and was an active member within the Community. For over 50 years he helped prepare meals for the Ahepa Friday night dinners, and volunteered his time weekly to help prepare meals for the homeless at the St. Nicholas Cathedral Soup Kitchen.
He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he enriched through his kindness, service, and fellowship. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Billie, parents Kosta and Augustina Eliadis, and sister Kiki. He is survived by his children Dino (Pam) Eliadis, daughter Katholiki Breedlove, grandchildren Christopher, Timothy, and Matthew Eliadis, brother Anthony (Elaine) Alexander, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be handled by Meadowlawn Funeral Home in New Port Richey, Florida. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the St. Nicholas Cathedral Building Fund.
A visitation will be held at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, located at 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, on October 23, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, located at 36 N Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, on October 24, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A graveside service will follow at Cycadia Cemetery, located at E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, on October 24, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
