Reza Kamfar

1926 – 2026

Dr. Reza Kamfar, a retired surgeon, died at home in New York on October 24, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was 100.

A devoted father and grandfather, he left all behind in 1978 so his family could build a life in freedom in America.

He is survived by his son, Ramin, and his grandchildren, William and Caroline. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Forough, and by his daughter, Delnaz.
