She was a graduate of Castle High School, and graduated with honors from Indiana State University. Alaina was attending nursing classes at Ivy Tech. She was a Department Manager for Macy’s, and a member of Newburgh United Methodist Church and Crossroads Christian Church.
Alaina is survived by her daughter, Darian Shelton; brother, Warren Hill and his wife, Jackie, all of Evansville; parents, Walter and Sallie Ann Hill of Newburgh; nieces, Jordan, Ryan, and Camryn Hill; and grandmother, Ve Ross of Lilbourn, MO.
Services will be 11:00 am, Monday, July 11, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, officiated by Rev. Chris D. Nunley, with burial at Alexander Memorial Park, Evansville, IN. Friends may visit Sunday, 3-6 pm, at the funeral home.
