Anna Marie Prow

Anna Marie Prow, 90, of Newburgh, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 at home with her family. She was born September 13, 1929 in Chicago, IL to the late Archie and Cora Frances (Duncan) Calvert. She was a member of Rapha Christian Church, Women’s Flame and prayer group. She enjoyed spending time with family and fishing. Anna loved talking to people about prayer and would always pray for anyone who needed it. She never met a stranger. Anna was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Marlene Darden. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Paul Raymond Prow, Sr.; sons, Paul Prow, Jr. (June) of Evansville, Steven Prow (Donna) of Newburgh, Jerry Prow (Debby) of Evansville and Robert Prow (Brenda) of Evansville; daughters, Barbara Chappell (Pat) of Newburgh and Cheryl Luttrull (Anthony) of Prescott, AZ; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and many brothers and sisters that she loved dearly. A Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m., Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, officiated by Donald Prow, with burial in Old Beulah Cemetery outside of Dawson Springs, KY. Friends may visit Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until service time. The family requests all visitors to wear a mask during the visitation and funeral service.
