He was an Army veteran and retired from Whirlpool Corporation as a production supervisor. Bobby was a member of Zoar United Church of Christ in Elberfeld and a member of Threserman Park. He enjoyed league bowling.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Mamylee Hamman and son, Jeffrey Hamman.
He is survived by his son, Daniel R. Hamman (Debbie) of Bozeman, MT; daughter-in-law, Brenda Hamman of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Christine Moog, Travis Hamman, Jamie Hamman, Jason Hamman (Lyndsay) Jared Hamman (Rebecca) and Heather Ghekiere; great grandchildren, Robby and Jake Moog, Chaz and Whitney Hamman, Jeffrey Hamman, Ruby and Shadrach Hamman and Kai, Bryce and Journie Ghekiere, and several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Bethlehem United Church of Christ Cemetery in Evansville, IN, officiated by Rev. Gordon Jones. Military honors will be performed graveside by Kapperman Post #44.
