Charlotte Rogers Barnes

Charlotte Rogers Barnes, 44, of Newburgh, IN passed away suddenly Sunday, November 18, 2018. She was born in Evansville, IN on May 28, 1974. She graduated from Castle High School and attended the University of Southern Indiana. Charlotte enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, watching classic TV sitcoms, scrapbooking, researching classic cars, and listening to Elvis Presley and country music. Charlotte was preceded in death by her father, Larry Rogers; grandparents, Goldie and William Thomas, A.J. and Ivyl Rogers; and uncles, Jeff and John Thomas. She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Barnes of Newburgh; son, Josh Callis of Newburgh; step-son, Tyler Barnes of Monticello; mother, Mary Rogers of Newburgh; brother, Thomas Rogers (Pam) of Newburgh; niece, Brinley Rogers; and nephew, Brevin Rogers. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Rev. Ken Slater with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
