Born in Evansville, Indiana, Clarence was the cherished son of Byrd and Mary Fisher, who have since welcomed him into their eternal embrace, along with his dear sisters, Martha Thomas, Birdie Cobb, Doris Carson, and Barbara Moore.
Clarence, fondly remembered for his quick wit and infectious laughter, spent 53 wonderful years alongside his devoted wife, Tarja T. Fisher. Together, they built a family rooted in love, resilience, and laughter. Their journey was blessed with twelve children: daughters, Geanetta Moore (Aundra), Gwendolyn Loper, Gina Mansell, Angelica Johnson (John Perdue II), Briggetta Fisher (Adrian Lisembee), and sons, Clarence E. Fisher Jr., Cornelius Fisher, and Chavez E. Fisher, Marcus Fisher (Gwenni), Matthew Fisher, Daniel Fisher and David Fisher (Jennifer "JLo" Lopez). Clarence's legacy continues through his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored, deeply. His faithful canine companion, Maui, also survives him, offering solace and companionship during his final days.
