Obituary of Dana Lynn Raibley
Dana L. Raibley, 64, of Newburgh, Indiana passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville. She was born May 12, 1955 in Henderson, Kentucky. She was an Industrial Sales Representative, implementing research and development for the chemical industry from 1975-2015. Dana was extremely respected for her commitment to improve and develop product working with manufacturing and engineering. She was actively involved in many organizations both personal and professional. Dana's first priority in her life was her family and loved ones. Anyone who knew her was aware of her unconditional love for her family and friends. She was completely devoted to being involved in every facet of their lives. She always had a vibrant, energetic love for all. There are no words to describe how she will be missed by family and friends. Now she is beginning her new journey with God and His love. She was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Allen; father, Albert Felty and Ann Beck, whom she dearly loved. Dana is survived by her unconditionally loved ones, soulmate and life partner of over 21 years, James Beck; daughter, Tara Raibley; son, Marshal Raibley; and God blessed her with grandson, to whom she and Jim were Nana and Papa, Dylan Saint-Pre, all of Newburgh, Indiana. She enjoyed very special relationships with sisters, Donna Felty and Denise Felty, second mom, Dorothy Felty; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her extended family, Todd and Angel Beck, she was Nana Dana to Noah Swanson and Dani Beck of Indianapolis, Brad and Bridget Beck, and their children, Madeline, Zachery, Izze and Ellie Thomas of White Rock, New Mexico, Amy and Geoff Beltzhoover of Bozeman, Montana. She also had a relentless devotion to grandpuppies, Yadi, Prince and Xena. Dana’s wish was to be cremated with her remains to be placed in a niche at Alexander Memorial Park with James Beck, together forever. A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Kellie Browning. Friends may visit 4:00 p.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. Dana requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the account of Dylan Saint-Pre, for continuing education at Evansville Federal Credit Union, 6209 Vogel Road, Evansville, Indiana 47715. She wanted to offer a special thank you to Dr. William Tuley, Natalie Nix and staff for their love, care and respect. They were her guardian angels sent by God.
