Donald E. “Birdie” Birdwell, 70, of Ferdinand, IN, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013.
Birdie served in the US Navy.
He was a retired dealer of antiques and collectibles and a silversmith.
Birdie is survived by daughter, Anita Klein; son, Brian Birdwell; companion of 32 years, Julie Melchior; sister, Mary Birdwell; step son, Richard Leinenbach; step daughter, Anne McDaniel; and one niece & nephew.
There will be no visitation. Birdie will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
