Donna Kay Allen

Donna K. Allen, 73, of Henderson, KY passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 17, 2020. She was born January 13, 1947 in Evansville Indiana to Arthur and Bertha Cooper. Donna enjoyed spending time with her beloved family. She loved the beach, and going on cruises. Most of all she loved taking vacations with her family. Donna retired from The Heart Group after 25 years of service. She attended Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Henderson, KY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jeanette Brown and Marie "Tyonne" Crabtree, and her brother, Edward "Butch" Cooper. Donna is survived by her son, Jimmy (Linda) Allen of Newburgh, IN; daughters, Robin (David) Hancock of Henderson, KY, and Chris (Chip) Mulzer of Boonville, IN. Donna has 8 grandchildren, Stephanie (Tanner) Simon, Tiffany (Alex) Wilkey, Austin (Holly) Lutz, Cara (Corey) Titzer, Paige Allen(Aaron), Courtney Mulzer, Noah Hancock, and Cooper Mulzer. She has 7 great grandchildren, Aubree Wilkey, Raelynn Titzer, Paisley Wilkey, Annie Lutz, Harper Simon, Hadley Titzer, and Clark Simon. Also surviving are her sisters, Carol Reed of Smyrna TN, and Karen Ellis of Evansville IN. Many nieces and nephews. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services will be private at this time. Because Donna was loved by many, a celebration of her life will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to IU Simon Cancer Center 1030 W.
