She was preceded in death by great grandparents, Beatrice and Clinton Weis, Barbara Will and Francis and Howard Moore.
Elsie is survived by her parents, Shaina and Jared Weis; brother, Isaiah; sister, Corrigan; grandparents, Linda and George Oliver, Joyce and Kevin Koch, and John and Patty Weis; great grandfather, Leroy Will; Jay “Daddy J” Bitter, and many aunts and uncles.
A Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, officiated by Rev. Andy Payton, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Chandler, IN. Family and friends may visit 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
