

Frank left us on Friday, December 17, 2021 following an attempt to replace his liver. He was born on August 6, 1951 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Washington Elementary School and graduated from Bosse High School where he played drums in the school band and baseball. He also played the drums for the church choir at Methodist Temple. He attended USI as an art major and even helped with construction of buildings on the campus. Frank married Janine Eiselein on April 14, 1973 at Newburgh United Methodist Church.
Frank worked for Citizens National Bank, for a graphic design company, and in automotive sales and leasing. Frank enjoyed playing in men’s softball leagues in Evansville and church leagues of softball and volleyball. He enjoyed drawing and painting, attending rock concerts, listening to his large collection of vinyl and CDs of many rock performers, and loved working in the yard.
He is survived by his wife of almost 49 years, Janine; mother, Vivian Williams; brother-in-law, Bob Schenk; niece, Alyssa (John) Healy and their children, Katie and Tyghe; nephew, John Schenk; sister-in-law, Yvonne (Chuck) White; nephew, Christopher White and family; Tara and Bill French; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin S. Moore, Sr.; sister, Candace Schenk; grandmother, Mamie Martin; and stepfather, Van Williams.
The family would like to thank Dr. Edward Fox for his compassionate care and innovative treatment over the years.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, Newburgh, IN. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted by Pastor Mark Dicken at 5:00 p.m. following the visitation. A Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Lawn Cemetery Chapel. Masks are required for visitation and service.
