

Judy was an active member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, who helped organize their summer socials.
She worked as a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Labor and Delivery for over 10 years, Women’s Healthcare PC for more than 25 years, and for Midwest Reproductive Medicine.
Judy graduated from Harrison High School in 1974 and then went on to attend Deaconess School of Nursing, graduating in 1977.
She was an active and outgoing person who enjoyed skiing, bowling, attending the horse races, traveling, and playing bridge.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Hagman, Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, John Carter; daughters, Jenelle Carter and Jauhna Deutsch and husband, Adam; son, Jace Carter; mother, Jeannetta Hagman; grandchildren, Oliveah and Elijah Deutsch; and brother, Ronald Hagman.
Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1301 S. Green River Road, officiated by Fr. Bernie Etienne, with entombment at Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM prayer service at Alexander Newburgh Chapel and Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time at church.
