Lewis Edward Young

He was a Veteran of the Army, having served in the Korean Conflict, and retired from Kraft Foods after over 40 years as an Account Executive. He was a member of the Odd Fellows Canal Lodge in Chandler for 50 years, where he served as Secretary. He was also a member of the Clabber Club at the Park Place Apartments and was an Elder at Wayside Chapel Church in Chandler.

Lewis was preceded in death by his first wife, Audrey, in 2008; son, Randy, in 1974; and parents, Hamilton and Cedillia (Wheeler) Young.

He is survived by his wife of two and a half years, Barbara of Newburgh; daughter, Pamela Byers (Larry) of Chandler; son, Keith (Angela) Young of Princeton; grandchildren, Brian Young, Krystal (Hunter) Fields, Roger Fisher, Jr. and Troy Byers; Great-grandchildren, John Fisher, Kael and Ellie Fields; step-sons, Danny Meyer of Boonville and Charle Meyer; step-daughter, Carla Wathen, all of Boonville; step-grandchildren, Brian Eden, Jessica Holley, Crystal Gentry, Tammie Berry and Bradley Meyer.

Private services will be held with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wayside Chapel Church.
