Mary L. Brassier, 94, of Newburgh, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011, at Golden LivingCenter Woodlands. She was born December 15, 1916, in East St. Louis, IL.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Francis V. Brassier on May 13, 1971.
She is survived by her daughters; Marianne Pearson (James) of Boonville, and Helen Thomson (Mike) of Lexington, KY; son, Thomas Brassier (Flori) of Seabeck, WA; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Saturday, March 19, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, officiated by Fr. Joseph Ziliak, with burial to follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Belleville, IL.
The family wishes to give many thanks to the caregivers at both AseraCare Hospice and Golden LivingCenter Woodlands.
