Dear Jim and Lorissa, I don't have a memory to share, but I just wanted to express my condolences. I am so sorry about your Mom, Jim and I know that you, Lorissa loved her so much. She will be missed sorely in the family. (I looked at the pic album). Some great pics of a beautiful family. I will keep you all in my prayers, for the memories will be sweet and sorrowful.
God bless you with His peace and comfort as no one else can.

I met Mary at Senior Connection. Having difficulty getting Medicare to pay for a medical procedure performed on my mother, I called her health insurance agent and Mary answered. She asked me to bring in the rejection information. As promised, she prepared the forms and letters needed to have the claim reconsidered. Not surprisingly, the claim was then accepted - end of problem.

Mary was so knowledgeable and friendly that I often referred friends to Senior Connection because of her - not Steve or any other agent (though they had those same qualities). I was sad when she retired, but she had certainly earned it!

You, her family, are fortunate to have had such a loving, caring person in your lives.
