She was a seamstress for Don’s Cleaners and worked at Shane’s Uniform Manufacturing in the late 50’s and 60’s. She enjoyed taking care of her family and dogs.
Lou was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Stigall; second husband, Eugene Moss; and son, Charles Wayne Stigall.
She is survived by her sister, Lena Tinsley; brother, Thomas Coomes; granddaughter, Jade Stigall; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, January 27, 2014, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, with burial at Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton, KY. Friends may visit Sunday 1-5 PM at the funeral home.
