

She lived in Colorado Springs for 31 years where she attended First Lutheran Church. Maxine was an avid reader. She was a legal secretary for Miles Laboratory for 13 years and retired from Hill and Corrigan Law Firm after 15 years of employment. Maxine was a secretary for the Colorado Springs Republican Woman’s Club and belonged to a number of private clubs. She graduated from Richmond High School in 1941.
Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, William Floyd.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Ragle and husband Samuel, son, Randy Floyd and wife Samantha of Argyle, Texas; grandchildren, Shaney Gulick and husband Chad, Jason Ragle and wife Lisa, and Troy Ragle; great-grandchildren, Braden, Alaysia, and Ashton Gulick; sister; Roberta Nolan and husband Don of Niceville, FL; sister-in-law, Geneva Floyd of Connersville, IN.
Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, with burial at Earlham Cemetery in Richmond, IN.
