Patricia Ann Coomes Woolen

She loved spending time with family and friends, church activities, travel, crafts, and gardening. Patricia retired from Sunbeam/Rexam Plastics after many years of service. She was a member of Nativity Catholic Church and an Eucharistic Minister.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Woolen in 2008; sister, Doris Koehler; brothers, Art Coomes, Jr. and James Coomes.

Patricia is survived by her children, David Woolen (Patti) of Chandler, IN, Dan Woolen (Terri) of Newburgh, IN, Karen Houston (James) of Columbus, IN, Sheryl Flaherty of Newburgh, IN, Kevin Woolen (Yasmine) of Pleasanton, CA, Bill Woolen of Newburgh, IN, Annette Bullington (Rob) of Wadesville, IN; 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jeanette Reinbrecht (Clarence) of Chandler, IN, Carol Hull (Ron) of Evansville, IN, Tom Coomes (Bev) of Newburgh, IN, Harold Coomes (Carol) of Mapleton, GA, Jerold Coomes of Orlando, FL; and sister-in-law, Joan Coomes of Orlando, FL.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Nativity Catholic Church, 3635 Pollack Avenue, Evansville, IN, officiated by Rev. Henry Kuykendall and Rev. Bernie Lutz with burial in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Newburgh, IN. Friends may visit 2-8 PM on Monday, with a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, Newburgh, IN.
