She was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Phyllis loved spending time with her grandchildren and traveling. She enjoyed reading and researching.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Velda Chase.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Albert R. “Randy” Hancock; son, Corey Hancock (Lisa); son, Jeffery Hancock (Libby); daughter, Elizabeth Oliver (Jason); son, Joshua Hancock (Tina); 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Sherri McQueen; brother, Stewart McQueen, and nieces and nephews.
