You will be missed greatly Uncle Rick, but I know you're with Ma now. And you can see us all down here. I miss sitting with you in the kitchen just hanging out. I really enjoyed those moments. I love you always and forever.

Ricky I've enjoyed taking care of you as your caregiver, Mostly you were more of a friend. You always had a smile on your face and a sense of humor. You always called all the ladies beautiful even though you couldnt see them, It usually made them smile too. I know everyone will miss your phone calls every morning just to say hi and ask how they were! My mondays wont be the same not seeing you and Lucy.

Where do I start Ricky always called himself Blind Ricky we've known each other for a little over30 years. He would always call us and sing happy birthday to my wife and myself Plus Merry Christmas we would talk about once a week Blind Ricky was always having some kind of health problem but he would just make a joke about them. I'm going to miss the calls and never calling812-925-3415 never to be called again but hopefully Blind Ricky now has 20#20 vision R.I.P Ricky Shaffer AKA Blind Ricky
