Robert was a very kind and compassionate young man. He was a good friend and respectful of others. He was a protector, often standing up for others. He made those around him comfortable. Robert enjoyed sports and was an accomplished athlete in basketball, soccer, football and wrestling. He loved dogs, fishing, martial arts and was a car aficionado.
He is survived by his parents, Darrin Ocke and Kyle Scott; grandmother, Marcia Ironside; aunts, uncles, and cousins of the Ocke families, Stone family, Scott family Anglin family and Hill family; and numerous friends in the Evansville area.
A private service will be held in New York.
