Sarah Schoenbaechler

Sarah Fran Schoenbaechler, of Newburgh, IN, passed away on September 19, 2019 at home, surrounded by her family. Sarah, was born on January 19, 2003 at St. Mary’s in Evansville, IN. to Glenn and Dana Schoenbaechler of Newburgh, IN. A lover of all books, pinkadots, teasing with her brother, Dale, dancing with her sister, Katie and wearing her brother Logan’s, hat, music, car rides with her mom and wearing her chickydoo’s socks. Sarah was an inspiration – and friend to all who met her. Sarah spent her life fighting and overcoming each new challenge that was thrown her way; and, she did so with an unwavering smile and a thumb’s up. Sarah loved everyone fiercely, especially those closest to her. She never knew any easy day, but, you would never know it. Sarah taught her family the meaning of perseverance and hope. She loved wearing nail polish, beautiful dresses (on special occasions), flamingos, tacos and, a certain hungry caterpillar. Sarah would want everyone reading this to live by her motto: Turn up the music, throw up a thumb’s up and love unconditionally – Always. She could precipitate every crescendo or diminuendo of any classical song. She knew the words to (almost if not) every book in her library, without ever setting her eyes on a single page. She knew when someone she loved was hurting, and, would do everything in her power to console them. She had the purest soul. Sarah is survived by her father, Glenn D. (Chickydoo) Schoenbaechler; mother, Dana Schoenbaechler; older siblings, Logan (Allie) Schoenbaechler of Morrison, CO., Katelin (Matthew) Bradley of Newburgh, IN and niece Lillian Bradley, Dale (Heather) Schoenbaechler of Newburgh, IN; grandmother (Faye) Bingemer of Newburgh, IN and, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Sarah was preceded in death by her grandparents, Francis and Bonnie Schoenbaechler, and, her grandfather, Kenneth Bingemer. The family would like to thank Deaconess VNA Hospice, Jennifer Roegge, Kelly Paul, Kelly Bockelman, Andrea Walker, Bobbi Mattingly, Tara Powell and our numerous family and friends.
