Sharon Raye Pullum

Sharon Raye Pullum, 75, of Newburgh, IN passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born on June 5, 1950 in Washington, IN to the late Charles Utah and Virginia Audrey (Bryant) Norrick.

Sharon was a devoted member of the Church of Nazarene, where she held many positions over the years. The last several years, she was a member of Boonville Worship Center where her son Pastors. She operated an in home daycare for over 20 years. Sharon enjoyed attending church and shopping with her best friend and sister-in-law, Carlotta Pullum. Her love for the Lord, her husband Ron, who was the love of her life, and her family is what she lived for.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Pullum and brother, Mike Norrick.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Lisa Rich (Brian); son, Scott Pullum (Lorie); grandchildren, Lorin Pemberton (Josh), Sierra Tison (Jake), Jacob Pullum (Jacquelyn Ann), Clint Davis (Stephanie), Whitney Peters (Nathan), Natalie Rich, and Nick Rich; great-grandchildren, Selah, Miles, Levi, Zoey, Jrake, Maci, Iyla, Oliver, Charlie, Daisy, Jaleigh and Dean; brother, Mark Norrick (Olivia); sister, Karen McDonald (Robert); and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025 at Alexander Funeral Home-Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, Newburgh, IN 47630, officiated by her son Rev. Scott Pullum. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Park Lawn Cemetery in Evansville, IN.
