I was very sorry to hear of your loss. What a wonderful family you all have. I enjoyed getting to know and spend time with you all through my High School years. Kevin was such a big help in getting me through the loss of my own dad. I wish there were words to make the loss easier, but I know the love of family and friends will help. Know that you are all in my prayers.

Dear Ginny, I am so saddened by this news. Our thoughts & prayers are with you & the family. Mother used to have your address, but that's long gone. She (Gen) is in a Nursing home with Alzheimer's. I kept her as long as I could handle her. I would love to hear from you. Marsha had sent me some pictures of the group playing cards & I was hoping to see you sometime. God be with you.

Aunt Ginny, Jeff, Becky, Kevin and Shelley-Uncle Stan was a wonderful man and Godfather. I will always treasure my times spent with him-even when he scared us on the back roads in the dunebuggy. Regina treasured him as well. I am so sorry I cannot make it to the funeral. I send hugs and kisses to each of you and your families. Much love from Theresa, Don, Regina and Jarred

God bless all and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Cathy & Kenny are in Florida and we are in Georgia. We will definitely honor Stan's request and make a donation as a family. I could not help but remember what my dad always said, "Call Stan and he will put his stethoscope on that car and tell you what is wrong!" My hugs are long distance but I know you can feel them. My dad was my first love, always my hero, my inspiration, my encouragement and support. He taught me many things about life such as never giving up, work hard and always give more than 100% in anything you do, always do what you can for others and believing in myself. My strength not only comes from the Lord my God but also from my dad.
Thank you dad for all the hard work you put into providing for our family and all the sacrifices you made for us. I could not have asked for a better father here on earth. God blessed our family with the best.
I love you dad more than words can say and look forward to seeing you again someday.

Dear Knapp Family: I enjoyed the time as a youngster at your house and down at the lake. Stan was always pleasant even when Kevin and I decided to raise hogs for 4-H! I always enjoyed seeing Stan and Kevin at the shop as well. I want to thank Stan and your family for the time and energy spent on the fishing tournament, my daughter Makaylah always enjoyed it.
Your family is in our prayers,
Craig and Tammy Day

So sorry for the loss of Stan. He was a wonderful caring man. Once mom backed up the family car with the door open, wrenching it so it would not close and latch properly. Mom took it by Stan's service station and in his kind gentle way he fixed it without charging her. So grateful for his generosity and to have known him.

I have many fond (and some funny) memories of your father. Even though I'm 52 years old, I still don't feel comfortable calling him Stan because I had so much respect for him. He was a "man's man" and will be greatly missed. This world needs more men like your dad! We love you guys and continue to pray for you and your family!
