He served in the US Army and was a member of Eastside Christian Church. He retired after working 40 years in electrical sales at Swanson Nunn. Tom enjoyed bowling and playing golf. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed working around the house and being with his dogs.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Betty.
He is survived by his daughter, Diane Kendrick (Gary) of Washington, IN; son, Jerel Humphrey (Linda) of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Jordan Kendrick, and Ryan, Jared and Rachel Humphrey.
Services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Eastside Christian Church, 2001 Bayard Park Drive, Evansville, IN, officiated by Rev. Linda Parker, with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery in Newburgh. Friends may visit 10 AM until service time on Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Eastside Christian Church or Warrick Humane Society.
