Virginia Gayle McWilliams

Jenny worked for the Warrick County School Corporation for 18 years. She was a Girl Scout Raintree Council leader, past member and past President of the Newburgh Jaycee Jaynes, and past head coach of the Newburgh Junior Baseball - girls division. She served the American Legion Auxiliary as an officer and member, and the American Legion baseball team as manager of concessions and gate admissions..

She was preceded in death by her father, Herman M. Frobeter; mother, Kathryn V. Hines; sisters, Elsie Chase and Anna Mae Becker; brother, Richard Frobeter; son, Larry Wayne McWilliams; and daughter, Elizabeth Ann Jamison.

Jenny is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ronald McWilliams; son, Gregory McWilliams (Diana); grandsons, Nicholas Burton, David McWilliams (Katrina), Douglas McWilliams; granddaughter, Jennifer Jamison; great grandsons, Sean Patrick McWilliams, Rylan Park Hodge; brother, Robert Frobeter; sisters, Jessie Waters (Steve), and Mary Chase (Scott).

Services will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, March 24, 2011, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, officiated by Rev. Dan Kennedy with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit 2-8 pm, Wednesday, or Thursday 11:00 am to service time at the funeral home.
