He owned ACCU Land Surveying Management and Engineering. Bill attended Muhlenberg County High where he was inducted into the baseball hall of fame, and also graduated from the University of Kentucky. He was an avid golfer and past president of the Boonville Country Club and a member of Rolling Hills Country Club.
Bill is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jean Bivins; daughters, Stephanie Clark (Brent) of Chandler, Kimberly Vincent (Jimmy) of Chattanooga, TN and Lori Byrne (Brian) of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Jessica Jordan, Lorin Hailey Stephens, and Maxwell Hargis; great grandchildren, Madison Kolley and Elizabeth Jordan, and sisters, Betty Sumner and Diane Hagan.
A Memorial Service will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261. Family and friends may visit Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
