Agustina Velasquez, 73, of Chicago passed away on December 7, 2020. Beloved wife of Jose Velasquez; mother to Daniel Velasquez, Veronica Renteria, and Jose Luis Velasquez; grandmother to Evelyn and Carlos Renteria, Alexis, Ivan, Sofia, and Sarita Velasquez. Beloved sister of Manuel, Raul, Hector, Mauricio, Gabriel, Jose G, and Imelda Cortez.
