Aldo D. Murer

Aldo David Murer, 80, of Oak Forest, formerly of Roseland, Illinois, passed away suddenly on November 24, 2020. Devoted and loving husband of JoAnne Murer (nee Berger) of 56 years. Beloved father of Kathryn (James) Haupt, Michael and Jennifer (Keith) Sypolt. Proud papa of 8 grandchildren, Brittany, Anthony, Ashlyn, Cameron, Brendan, Elizabeth, Katelyn, and Danielle. Brother of Alieta (Edward-late) Truschke and the late Mary (Jack-late) Polley. Brother-in-law to Carolyn (Robert-late) Stevens. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Aldo was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and visiting familiar and new places. He wore the title of papa proudly and was able to share many accomplishments with his grandchildren. He was an enthusiastic fisherman and loved to travel near and far with his wife JoAnne. Everyone who Aldo met along his journey, he formed lasting friendships with. Aldo will be greatly missed by his loved ones and friends.
