Andrew Robert Slonskis

Andrew R. Slonskis, age 76, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12th, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sheila Slonskis; beloved children: Julie (Tim) LaFrancis, Elizabeth (Todd) Kappel, Paul (Laura) Slonskis, Margaret (David) Brown and Theresa (Daniel) Prado; cherished grandchildren: Olivia, Rose, Jacob, Rudie, Elliana, Emmet, Vance, Bella, Daniel, Maxwell, Zoe, Evelyn and Isaac; siblings: Ramona (Tony) Milisauskas and Laura (Al) Suopys; sister-in-law/best friend/caretaker, Michelle (Edmund) Mirecki. Andrew is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceded in death by his parents: Balys and Aldona Slonskis and sister, Renata M. Slonskis.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation that will take place on Thursday, May 18th, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 19th, 2023 with 9:00 A.M. prayers from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home to St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9310 South 55th Court, Oak Lawn, Illinois for Mass at 10:00 A.M. Interment St. Mary Catholic Church.
