Carol F. Bombacino, nee Lyons, age 78, of Hometown, passed away on February 27, 2023. Loving wife of the late Phillip Bombacino; Beloved mother of Dale (Christine) and Blaine (Becky) Bombacino; Cherished nana of Francesca Bombacino; Dear auntie Carol to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Carol will be from 3-8 PM on Sunday, March 5, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn. Funeral Service to take place at 10:30 AM on Monday, March 6, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
