A visitation for Carrie will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 9:00am until 12:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. A chapel Funeral Service will immediately follow Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Interment at Burr Oak Cemetery, 4400 W. 127th St, Alsip, IL 60803.
