Daniel Steen, age 68, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, April 9th, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Steen; children: Daniel, Jr., Jenny and Megan; stepchildren: Alice Joy Zawadzki, Anna Trevizo and Jessica Trevizo; grandchildren: Alicia Diaz, Christian Diaz, Noel Diaz and Priscilla Diaz; sister, Tracy Hole and many dear friends and relatives.
Daniel retired from the Chicago Police Department in 2019 after 28 years of service. Danny loved to watch Andy Griffith reruns. He was a hardworking man who loved to spend time with his family. Daniel will be truly missed.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation that will take place on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, from 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois with a Chapel Service beginning at 6:00 P.M. Deacon Kevin O’Donnell officiating.
