I met Diane at the I AM Temple of Chicago where I am a visiting student, and she immediately welcomed me with a cheerful smile and the love I came to learn was characteristic of her gracious nature and warm heart.  She and I both grew up in the suburbs of Milwaukee, WI and we became fast friends and kindred spirits.  I didn't know her for very long but she will stay with me for eternity.  I miss her candor, wit, and our long conversations over lunch or on the phone.  She introduced me to her daughter, Nancy, when she was up visiting from Texas and in Nancy I met an exuberant, beautiful person whose love and adoration of her mother was a joy to behold.  Nancy, I dearly miss Diane Mary but feel her in my heart, and want to express my deepest condolences to you and to let you know I am holding you close in thought and prayer now and in the days to come.
