Dorothy Palaggi, who was beloved by her family and friends, was called to her heavenly home on November 7, 2020. Dorothy was the Nana of Anthony Castillo, Christina Clark (Carl) and Michael Hager (Miguel), the great Nana of Olivia Joslyn Clark, the aunt of Mary Hager (Lee), Robert Gradishar (Lencie), Joseph Cefali and George Cefali, the sister-in-law of John Gradishar and a cousin and friend of many.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband James Palaggi, her daughter Cheryl Palaggi, her parents Anthony Cefali and Mary Waisnor, her sisters Margaret Luchunas and Violet Gradishar and her brother Joseph Cefali. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her, but we know she is happy to be with her family and friends who have passed before her.
Visitation for Dorothy will be from 10 AM – 1 PM on Monday, November 16, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn, where a Funeral Service will take place at 1 PM. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
