After a long life full of love, laughter, and quiet strength, God has called him home.
He spent over 60 years devoted to the love of his life- sweet heart, his wife, his best friend, Lorna. Since she passed, he's missed her everyday, longing for the moment they'd be together again. Now, by God's grace, that day has come. We picture them dancing together- whole, at peace, and full of joy. He was a father to Joe (Mary), Ed Jr, Kevin (Erin), and the late Frank; grandfather to MaryRose (Jessica), Shannon (Maks), Brett, Garrett, Dustin, and Jesse; great-grandfather to Jack; uncle to Janine Coughlin, and a friend to all.
He was the one we turned to for wisdom, for comfort, for a laugh, and for steady love. He never needed the spotlight- he just showed up for us, again, and again.
