Eileen was born March 18, 1958 in Dublin, Ireland, and adopted by the late Richard and Catherine Phelan.
She is the loving wife to Glen Rosentrater; she is the beloved sister to Kevin (Mary) Phelan and Maureen Phelan; cherished Aunt to Shannon, Shawn, and Conner.
Eileen was a Pharmacy Technician for 33 years. She loved the Chicago Bears, Chicago White Sox, and the Hallmark Movie Channel. Eileen enjoyed spending her time socializing with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her empathy, loyalty and positive attitude. She will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 3:00-9:00 pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W. 103rd Street; Oak Lawn, IL 60453). Her funeral service will be Friday, December 27, 2019 at Palos United Methodist Church at 10:00 am.(12101 S. Harlem Ave. Palos Heights, IL 60482). She will be laid to rest in Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery.
