Beloved wife of the late Howard Joseph, loving mother of Kathleen (Dr. Leo William) Mack, Dr. William (Colleen), Karen (Kathryn) Moyer, James (DeeAnne), Brian, Mary (Edward) Bobka, Patricia Nordyke (Sohail) and Richard (Sue). Dear sister of 5, cherished grandmother of 17, great grandmother of 11 and 3 on the way. Preceded in death by her parents William and Kathryn Chandler. Survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Elizabeth was devoted to her loving family and her church.
