Beloved husband of the late Linda (nee Melvin) Smicklas; loving Dad of Bridget, Emil III, Kevin, Nick and Megan; cherished grandfather of 14 and proud great grandfather of 4; dear brother of Pamela and Tyke; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Emil's memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment Private.
