Franklin R. Mango, U.S. Army veteran, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the age of 91. Loving Husband of Julie for a happy 22 years. Devoted Father of Kirk (Chris), Doug, and Cindy; and Step-Father of Christina (Brian) Lelek and Valerie (Don) Landbo. Proud Grandfather of Shaina (Grant) Law, Lindsey (Chris) Mango Goodman, Dalton (Emily) Daetwiler, and Amber Daetwiler; and Step-Grandfather of Kate (Dan) Ardelan, Jon Lelek, Jenny (Brett) Holzapfel, Grant Landbo, Mark Lelek, Christian Landbo and Steven Landbo; and Great-Grandfather of Demi Law, Brody Law, Eva Rose Goodman, Henry Goodman, Franklin Daetwiler, and Frederick Daetwiler; and Step-Great-Grandfather of Mason Ardelan. Beloved Son of the late Francesco and Catherine. Dear Brother of the late Rose, Lydia, and Lou. Fond Uncle of Gail and the late Dee.

A Memorial for Franklin will take place Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. Oak Lawn, IL 60453. A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be celebrated at 5:00 PM.
