Fred W. Smith, age 76, of Tinley Park, passed away on November 6, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Kathy Smith; Loving father to Christine Ramirez, Wendy (Jason) Swanson, and Matthew (Adrienne) Smith; Caring step-father to John (Sarah) Parisi and Anna (Patrick) Shannon; Cherished grandpa of Alyssa, Matthew, the late Micayla, Johnathan, Aiden, Dylan, Trenton, Brendan, Cooper, Dexter, Campell, Van, and Harmony; Great-grandpa of Sofia and Ben; Dear brother of 13; Uncle of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Grace Calhoun and Brian Smith, Sr. Fred’s passion in life revolved around both his family and his Harley Davidson Motorcyle, spending every moment possible with them.
Visitation for Fred will be on Friday, November 12, from 3-9 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, November 13, at 12 Noon, at the Funeral Home. Interment private.
